At Harneys Fiduciary, as the Digital Marketing Manager (global), I am responsible for leading digital marketing efforts and actively developing my skills in marketing communications with both internal and external stakeholders. My role includes managing the company website, overseeing email marketing initiatives, and collaborating on global campaigns to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging. I focus on crafting a comprehensive content strategy and implementing a strategic approach to marketing that integrates content development, SEO, and client feedback. I have also contributed to introducing new tools and technologies, aligning these efforts with the company's overarching growth objectives.
At Resia, I led end-to-end national campaigns integrating machine learning and data analysis, with a primary objective of optimizing return on investment (ROI). My main focus was to support the generation of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) throughout the pre-leasing and lease-up stages for properties in FL, TX, and QA. Led end-to-end national marketing campaigns, achieving a remarkable MQL to SQL conversion rate that surpassed industry benchmarks. In addition, developed the annual marketing budget plan, meticulously outlining channels and allowing for agile adjustments in tandem with sales goals.
In 2017, I founded OUwebs. Initially, the company focused on developing unique websites. Over time, grew to provide a range of digital marketing services, including advertising, UX/UI design, and app development. We've had the opportunity to collaborate with over a hundred clients, generating thousands of leads and millions in revenue. From the very beginning, my vision for OUwebs centered around commitment to excellence, and a determination to consistently exceed expectations.
At Yellow Lion Media, implemented holistic strategies significantly increased brand visibility and engagement. I adeptly communicated intricate digital concepts to stakeholders, ranging from executives to senior management, ensuring a unified vision. A part of my role involved devising integrated technical solutions for omnichannel campaigns, consistently raising brand awareness and improving engagement metrics.
Selected from over 2,000 applicants, I received a scholarship from Uber for a programming course at Ironhack in 2017, an institution known for its immersive tech education. This experience allowed me to master the MEAN stack, focusing on Full-Stack JavaScript Development, aligning with Ironhack's mission to provide a new direction for career growth.
This was a pivotal point for me after realizing not wanting to pursue web development career. I found myself deeply interested in entrepreneurship and marketing.
Starting as a self-taught web developer, my journey took an exciting turn when I began freelancing on Odesk, now known as Upwork. As I improved my website creation and optimization skills, I quickly saw how important it is for a website to not only look good but also to have a strong online presence. I became passionate about making websites that are visually attractive and perform well on search engines (SEO). This blend of web development and digital marketing sparked my interest in learning more about how to improve a website's visibility online.
